I use a Canon EOS 350d.
I now use a Manfrotto 190 Tripod and a Manfrotto Nature Head. The images above are what I use for everyday indoor photography.
I use a Lowepro Phototrekkor AW II to carry my equipment, I also have to Day Trekkor attached to the back..
I use a Kowa TSN - 2 for the lens on my camera. The camera is held on using a Opticron Telephoto adapter and a Canon EOS T - Mount.
